- Foriegn nationals will be allowed check-in with prior intimation and permissions from authorities.
Food Arrangements
- Meal options are sent once the booking is confirmed.
- Charges of the meals are as per bucket of choice is selected. All rates and options will be shared on whatsapp for selection.

- We serve both veg and non-veg food. Non-veg food is limited to chicken only. Fish & Mutton dishes will be made available against 24hrs. prior notice.
- Buffet package meal timings are as below
1pm-3pm: Lunch
5:30pm-6:00pm: Hi-Tea
9:00pm-11:00pm: Dinner
9:00am-10:30am: Breakfast.
Smoking / Alcohol consumption Rules
- Consumption of alcohol & smoking is allowed in rooms & within the compound of Villa.
- Alcohol consumption outside villa in villa compaound is allowed till 11:00pm only, later guests can shift themselves into villa.
- Guest can bring their alcohol, we do not serve alcohol.
- For events, parties and gala dinner alcohol will be served with prior license from the department.
- Villa management reserves the rights to check-out guests in case found abusive or niusance to other guests due to alcohol consumption.
Pets Related
- Pets are allowed.
- Near area has stray dogs and cats.
- Guests are requested to be responsible for their pets, especially from aggressive pets & aggressive strays.
- Guests are requested to not feed stray dogs and cats to minimize their nuisance in the area for other guests.
- Pets are not allowed in common swimming pool and dinning areas.
- A refundable security deposit of Rs.2000/- will be taken at the time of check-in against any damages done by pets to amenities and villa properties.
Property Accessibility
- Property is not friendly for people using wheel chair.
- Guests are requested to bring their own wheelchair as villa is not equiped with the same.
Other Rules
- No outside guests can be invited by checked-in guest inside the villa. Any such meetings will be restricted to reception area.
- Parking is available outside the villa and all guests can park their vehicles on their personal risk. Villa management will not be responsible for the guests vehicle.
- Villa management will not be held responsible for any mishap with the vehicle in the parking area.
- Inverter battery backups are available in villa for electricity failures. Airconditions do not work on inverter.
Child & Extra Bed Policy
- Extra matress will be provided to all extra adults and kids above the age of 5 years.
- Extra beds are in the form of FLOOR MATTRESS.
- More mattress, pillows and lenins will be provided free of cost subject to availibility.
Payments, Cencellation & Refund Policy
- Online booking and payments are safe and Triptadka ensures utmost safety and privacy of data.
- All payment getways of renowned service providers are integrated with the website.
- Bookings can be done by paying 100% or 50% payment, balance payment can be paid time of check-in.
Cancellation Rules and refund rules as below.
- Day – 15 days = 100% Refund.
- Day – 7 days = 50% Refund.
- No cancellation and refund will be allowed in any circumstances if the check-in date falls within 7 days of booking date.
No cancellation or refund will be allowed
- If guests does not like rooms or villa.
- Due to any personal emergencies of the guests.
- Due to early check-out for personal reasons or complaints about resort services.
- In case any refunds are approved by management, refunds will be provided within 15 working days from the time of approval.
